Building a new application is very simple. Proces.io is changing the meaning of programming skills to “nice to have but not required”, making the life of the user easier. Thanks to the graphical user interface, everyone can built his favourite application very intuitively by using drag and drop.
Role Management
Assigning users or groups to certain roles is done very smoothly in Proces.io. Just add the name of a role to a certain step in the process, for which the role later will be responsible. In the role management view, you can simply drag and drop the users or groups into the roles with either full permission or read-only rights.
Folders
Folders help you keep an overview of your processes in Proces.io. Create a folder (e.g. for your new project) and add all processes which are connected to it (e.g. design drafts or meetings regarding the project). This way you have all important information at a central point, making work more enjoyable and smooth.
Tasks
Creating a task in Proces.io is just one click away. Adding a description, defining the deadline and selecting the users that are assigned for the task or supervising its execution is done in no time. In addition you can already link relevant applications to your task.
Web Form
Make your form available outside of Proces.io very easy and with only a few clicks. You can add your logo and additional text, and share the application with your clients, partners or applicants. The possibilities are endless!
Integration
Proces.io lets you integrate with your favourite programs, such as Google docs. It´s very simply and timesaving to add information to your spreadsheet out of a running process. This way, when the process has been executed, your report is already waiting for you.
Mobile
The mobile application of Proces.io makes sure that you are always up to date, no matter where you are. Enough of answering emails from your smartphone? Thanks to Proces.io, most processes can be automated, so executing the next step can be done very convenient and without having to type in information again.
