There are some things to consider before you are using a template. First of all, you should check, if the steps are matching your process. You might want to add a specific step, or shorten a process (If you need any help, we are here to support you). The same applies for the fields in the forms. Next, you can adapt the text in the notifications, which you can find in the action items. Before you start, you have to see if any roles are assigned to the steps. If there are roles assigned to the steps, you have to choose a user or group for this role.
