Can I integrate the content e.g. in an email?

Yes, when you have for example a contact form where someone fills in his email adress, name, and some text, when you edit your action, you can drag the email field into the recipient field in the email, write “Hi” and add the name field afterwards to adress the person individually, and integrate every other content of the form into the email.
