Assigning roles to users

If you want to assign a form to a specific user, so that only this person will receive a notification and will be able to fill in the form, you have to add a role for this form. For example, if the first form should be filled in by a designer, name this role “Designer”. If the second form should be filled in be the art director, name this field e.g. “Director”.

In the next step, open the role management, and drag and drop the users to the roles, so the person who is the designer in your company, drag his username to the role “Designer”. The same with the art director. You can also drag and drop a user group into the role. So if in your organisation you have a group called “Designers”, where all designers of your organization are represented, you can add the group and everyone will have the permission to fill in the first form.
